Flinthills entered their tilt with West Elk on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Patriots. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Flinthills never let West Elk on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 26-24.

Flinthills' victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for West Elk, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-16.

Looking ahead, Flinthills is taking a road trip to square off against Belle Plaine on Thursday. As for West Elk, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Udall on the 23rd.
