Two dominant signal callers in Greyson Rimpf and Roper Wentzky are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Camden Bulldogs will head out to take on the A.C. Flora Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
On Friday, Camden made easy work of Lancaster and carried off a 43-21 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bulldogs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 20th, while the Bruins are ranked 97th).

Camden's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Navier Boykin, who rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Bernard Green also helped with two scores in total.
Meanwhile, A.C. Flora got themselves on the board against Dreher last Friday, but Dreher never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Blue Devils 48-0. The win was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on four straight.
Camden better focus on containing Jalen Simmons and Josh Davis as the pair were huge in A.C. Flora's win. Simmons rushed for 140 yards and a pair of TDs on only 11 carries, while Davis picked up 67 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those 140 rushing yards gave Simmons a new career-high.
One reason for the win was A.C. Flora's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Peyton Bishop, Monty Laffitte, and Nasir Walker, who each picked up one sack apiece. Azel Banag got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Camden's record is now 7-2. As for A.C. Flora, their record now sits at 8-1.
Everything went Camden's way against A.C. Flora in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as Camden made off with a 44-21 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Wentzky, who threw for 290 yards and three TDs. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Bulldogs still be able to contain Wentzky? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
