Basketball Recap: Schenevus Central Takes a Loss

Schenevus Central played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Edmeston Central Panthers and fell 76-32. The loss continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Edmeston Central found their leader in sophomore Braymon Clark, who posted 30 points. Gavin Zinger was another key player, putting up 18 points.

Schenevus Central now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Edmeston Central, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Schenevus Central will venture away from home to take on Worcester at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Edmeston Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 70-41 victory against Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton on the 16th.
