Estrella Foothills waltzed into their match on Monday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Agua Fria Owls 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Estrella Foothills took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-8, 25-11.

Estrella Foothills was led to victory by Giselle Wochner and Addison Burwell. Wochner had ten digs and two aces, while Burwell had five aces and two assists. That's the most digs Wochner has posted since back in September. Miranda Monninger also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Estrella Foothills' victory bumped their record up to 20-5-5. As for Agua Fria, their defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-27.

Estrella Foothills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Cactus on the 29th. As for Agua Fria, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Deer Valley on the 29th.
