Soccer Recap: Richmond Academy Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Richmond Academy was a bit more limited in their contest on Sunday. They came up short against the Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars, falling 10-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Richmond Academy were already down 4-1.

Richmond Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0-2.

Looking ahead, Richmond Academy will head out on the road to challenge Richmond Christian on Thursday. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Blue Ridge Christian at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th.
