Basketball Recap: Gooding's Win Ends 13-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gooding). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 68-19 blowout they got against the Hansen Huskies. The win was some much needed relief for the Senators as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Gooding's victory ended a 13-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Hansen, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Gooding will take on Filer at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hansen, they will challenge Dietrich at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
