Volleyball Recap: Boerne-Champion Extends Winning Streak to Four

Boerne-Champion waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wall Hawks. The Chargers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Hawks, so the Chargers were just returning the favor.

Taylor Fenton paced Boerne-Champion's offense, picking up ten kills. Fenton got some help from Brady Cooksey and her 22 assists. Brielle Boothe controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Boerne-Champion's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Wall, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Boerne-Champion will challenge Frenship at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Wall, they will take on Coronado at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
