Volleyball Preview: Fairfield Knights vs. Bermudian Springs Eagles        
        
		
             Fairfield is 0-8-2 against Bermudian Springs since September of 2014 but things could change  on Tuesday. The Fairfield Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bermudian Springs Eagles  at 7:00  p.m.
 Fairfield is headed into Tuesday's   contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 19th straight game  dating back to last season on Thursday. They came up short against  Littlestown, falling  3-0.
 After all that action, the final score was 25-8, 25-6,  25-8.
 Meanwhile,  everything went Bermudian Springs' way against York County Tech on Thursday as Bermudian Springs made off with  a  3-0 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Eagles.
 The final score came out to 25-10, 25-23,  25-13.
 Bermudian Springs' win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Leah Groft, who  had six  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Groft has posted since  back in August.
 Bermudian Springs  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 16  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in five consecutive  games.
 Fairfield's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bermudian Springs, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with that  victory, which was their 12th straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Fairfield suffered a grim  3-0 defeat to Bermudian Springs  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2023. Can Fairfield avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
