The South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars lost to the Community Baptist Conqueror back in December of 2021, but the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars didn't allow the Community Baptist Conqueror the same satisfaction on Tuesday. South Guilford HomeSchool claimed a resounding 77-38 win over Community Baptist on the road.

South Guilford HomeSchool found their leader in underclassman Nate Martin, who scored 23 points along with 7 rebounds. The match was Martin's 12th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Newcomb, who scored 11 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 assists.

South Guilford HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Community Baptist, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

South Guilford HomeSchool will be playing at home against Greater Vision Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Greater Vision Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 382 points over their last five matchups. As for Community Baptist, they will head out on the road to face off against Millers Creek Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Millers Creek Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Thursday.
