Softball Recap: Owen County Rebels vs. Gallatin County Wildcats

Owen County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 13-3 to the Gallatin County Wildcats. Surprisingly, this marked the Rebels' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
Owen County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Gallatin County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-12.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Owen County will head out to challenge Grant County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gallatin County, they will take on Calvary Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
