Softball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Jefferson's offense. They came up short against the Huron Chiefs on Wednesday, falling 7-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Chiefs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Huron, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson will host Flat Rock at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Huron, they will be playing at home against Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
