Two Eagle River has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Hot Springs Savage Heat at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Two Eagle River and the Savage Heat are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
Last Tuesday, Two Eagle River was able to grind out a solid win over the Savage Heat, taking the game 54-44.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Two Eagle River to victory, but perhaps none more so than Josiah Long, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds. It was the first time this season that Long pulled down eight or more rebounds. Jabez Madplume was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with three steals.
Two Eagle River is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Hot Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
