Softball Recap: De Soto Takes a Loss

De Soto was the 7-3 winner over Ottawa when they last played one another on Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cyclones on Thursday.

De Soto has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Ottawa, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-4.

De Soto does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ottawa, they will welcome Eudora at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
