With a playoff win on the line, Aloha rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Jesuit Crusaders an 11-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won nine games by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Aloha and bumps their season record up to 15-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Jesuit, they moved to 23-7 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Crusaders beat Aloha by a score of 11-0 later that day.
