Softball Recap: Scott Central Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Scott Central's offense. They came up short against the Sebastopol Bobcats on Saturday, falling 10-0. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Scott Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Sebastopol, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coming up, Scott Central will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Clarkdale at 6:30 p.m. Clarkdale will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Scott Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sebastopol, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats face off against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Morton has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.5 runs per game on average), something Sebastopol will no doubt try to take advantage of.
