Basketball Game Preview: Opp Bobcats vs. Florala Wildcats

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Opp Bobcats duke it out with the Florala Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday... Opp is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Last Tuesday, Opp didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Florala, but they still walked away with a 36-30 win.

Opp's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Taylor Adams, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards. Ashlyn Henderson was another key player, putting up eight points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.

Opp was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.

Opp is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.0 points per game. As for Florala, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
