Baseball Recap: Carpinteria Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Carpinteria strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Santa Maria Saints a 6-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

The result came thanks to Dallas Bartholic's shutout, as he gave up just four hits.

At the plate, Jonah Hernandez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Noah Morente was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

Carpinteria's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carpinteria will host Providence at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Santa Maria, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Sierra at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
