Soccer Recap: Fort Wayne Canterbury Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne Canterbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Trinity Greenlawn Titans, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Fort Wayne Canterbury can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 236th, while Trinity Greenlawn are ranked 112th).

Fort Wayne Canterbury's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Trinity Greenlawn, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Coming up, Fort Wayne Canterbury will face off against Fort Wayne North Side at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity Greenlawn, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 4-1 defeat against NorthWood on the 13th.
