Basketball Preview: Marshall Phoenix vs. Lincoln Mustangs
Marshall hasn't had much luck against Lincoln recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Marshall Phoenix will head out on the road to face off against the Lincoln Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Marshall was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against June Jordan School of Equity on Tuesday. Marshall simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat June Jordan School of Equity 80-27. The Phoenix have beaten the Jaguars the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Jaguars has come to flipping the script.
