While Crest Ridge put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Kingsville. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Tigers. Considering the Cougars have won 12 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Crest Ridge pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Kingsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-15.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Crest Ridge beat the Tigers by a score of 16-0 later that day.
