Moore County will take on Mt. Pleasant at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. With a combined 819.3 yards in their previous games, we can expect a fast-paced match.

Moore County put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They won the contest and then some against Richland, taking the contest 36-15. Senior Dylan Knight was the offensive standout of the match for Moore County, as he rushed for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns. This marked the 3rd contest in which Knight has rushed for over 100 yards.

Meanwhile, Mt. Pleasant fought the good fight in their overtime game but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Grace Christian Academy by a score of 44-46. The loss was a vexing one since Mt. Pleasant were expected to win based on their state ranking.

Moore County's victory lifted them to 6-3 while Mt. Pleasant's defeat dropped them down to 6-3. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Moore County and Mt. Pleasant will really light up the scoreboard.
