Baseball Recap: Lamar Comes Up Short

Lamar fell victim to Arlington and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Colts by a score of 2-0. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Lamar's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13-2. As for Arlington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-10.

While Lamar had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
