Volleyball Recap: Coral Springs Takes Down Boynton Beach in a Playoff Battle

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Coral Springs had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They blew past the Boynton Beach Tigers 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Colts.

Leading Coral Springs to victory were Mickinson Jean-Mary and Jayden Thomas. Jean-Mary had nine digs and two blocks, while Thomas had 20 digs. Jean-Mary is also crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 18 every time he's taken the court this season.

Coral Springs' win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Boynton Beach, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-9.

Coming up, Coral Springs will challenge Atlantic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Colts are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak. Boynton Beach does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
