Glenbrook South had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Lane Tech Champions by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Champions: they've now won three in a row.

Glenbrook South not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lane Tech between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17.

Leading Glenbrook South to victory were Annie Rosinski and Patty Stepek. Rosinski had 25 assists and three digs, while Stepek had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Stepek has posted over her last 13 matches.
