Clinton Prairie wins going away against Seeger

Recap: Clinton Prairie Gophers vs. Seeger Patriots
The Clinton Prairie Gophers entered their tilt with the Seeger Patriots with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Clinton Prairie took down Seeger 59-40 on Saturday. This was payback for Clinton Prairie, who suffered a 60-54 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Several Patriots players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Luke Pluimer, who scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Pluimer scored a full 32.5% of Seeger's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Winchester, who scored 10 points.
Clinton Prairie's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Seeger, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clinton Prairie will stay at home for another game and welcome Western Boone at 7:30 p.m. on December 9th. Seeger will take on North Montgomery at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully North Montgomery focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Saturday.
