Russellville skates past Stover with ease

Recap: Russellville Indians vs. Stover Bulldogs

The Russellville Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Stover 65-31 on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Russellville.

Ashlyn Pinzke and Helen Black certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Pinzke scored ten points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Black scored four points. The contest was Pinzke's 11th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Black, who scored two points along with three steals.

Russellville's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Stover, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Russellville will take on Montgomery County at TBD on January 11th. As for Stover, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Holden at 12:00 p.m. Holden is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
