Basketball Game Preview: Streamwood Sabres vs. West Aurora Blackhawks + Official Tickets

Streamwood is 0-4 against West Aurora since January of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Sabres will head out on the road to square off against the Blackhawks at 7:00 p.m. Streamwood has given up an average of 70.9 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Saturday, Streamwood was beaten by Elk Grove 66-38.

Despite their loss, Streamwood saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Kobe Stein, who posted nine points and three steals, was perhaps the best of all. Julian Gomez also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.

West Aurora fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They took down Larkin 61-43 on Thursday.

West Aurora's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Streamwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Streamwood took a serious blow against West Aurora in their previous matchup back in January, falling 88-40. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Sabres were down 51-14.
