Soccer Recap: Marshall Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Marshall barely beat Robbinsdale Cooper the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hilltoppers blew past the Hawks 9-2 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but Marshall sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Marshall's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-1. As for Robbinsdale Cooper, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Marshall will face off against Hermantown at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Robbinsdale Cooper, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 7-1 defeat against Kennedy on the 8th.
