Basketball Recap: Orange Victorious

Orange lost to Columbia back in February of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the Orange Tornadoes made off with a 58-57 victory over the Columbia Cougars.

Orange is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Columbia, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Orange will face off against Seton Hall Prep at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Seton Hall Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 64.1 points per game this season. As for Columbia, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-51 loss against Newark Central on the 29th.
