Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Drew Central). They blew past the Dumas Bobcats 23-5 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Drew Central's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Dumas, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Drew Central will head out on the road to face off against Smackover at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Buckaroos will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dumas, they will be playing at home against Rison at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
