After only seven points in their last matchup, Westview made sure to put some points up on the board against Southridge on Friday. The Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Skyhawks 56-7. The Wildcats have beaten the Skyhawks the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Skyhawks has come to flipping the script.

Reid De La Cruz was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 74 yards and a pair of TDs on only seven carries. Charlie Barton was another key player, throwing for 159 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes.

Westview now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Southridge, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

As of now, neither Westview nor the Skyhawks have any future games scheduled.
