Volleyball Recap: Anahuac Comes Up Short

Anahuac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Shepherd Pirates.

Anahuac's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Shepherd, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anahuac will square off against West Brook at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shepherd, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Colmesneil at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
