Softball Recap: Science Hill Hilltoppers vs. Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones
Science Hill stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 9-3 margin over the Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Science Hill.
For Elizabethton's part, Mollie Johnson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 3-for-4.
Science Hill's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Elizabethton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 16-8 record this season.
