Volleyball Recap: Alpine Bucks vs. Childress Bobcats        
        
		
             It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Alpine had no problem doing just that  on Saturday. They blew past the Childress Bobcats 3-0. The Bucks are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.
 The  win didn't come easy: Childress scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-18,  25-23.
  Peyton Kinkaide paced Alpine's offense, picking up 16 kills. Kinkaide got some help from 
 Naida Morris and her 40 assists. Finally,  Kinkaide was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.
 Alpine's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 23-18. As for Childress, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-15.
 Alpine will square off against Tolar on Monday. Tolar will roll in looking for their  12th straight  win, something Alpine surely won't give up without a fight. Childress does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
