Jackson waltzed into their matchup on Monday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 53-51 victory over the McIntosh Demons. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Aggies have posted since December 29, 2023.

When it comes to explaining why McIntosh lost, don't look at Zoie Miller. Despite the final result, she posted nine points and five steals. Miller is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played.

Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for McIntosh, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 17-7 record.

Jackson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 44-37 win against Escambia County on the 27th. McIntosh has also already played their next game, a 65-18 victory against Leroy on the 27th.
