Softball Recap: Lisbon Takes a Loss

If Lisbon was feeling good fresh off their 14-2 takedown of Gorham on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Lisbon lost 18-6 to Moultonborough Academy on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for Lisbon in their meetings with Moultonborough Academy: they've now lost eight in a row.

Lisbon now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Moultonborough Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lisbon is set to take on their familiar foe Littleton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Moultonborough Academy will face off against rival Pittsburg at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
