Sunset played in-conference for the first time on Friday and got just the result they were looking for. They claimed a resounding 44-14 win over the Southridge Skyhawks. The Apollos haven't had any issues with the Skyhawks recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Sunset's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Southridge, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sunset will square off against rival Beaverton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Southridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
