Baseball Game Preview: Hamilton Big Blue vs. Mason Comets

For the second straight game, Hamilton will face off against Mason. The Big Blue will square off against the Comets at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Hamilton has struggled recently with four defeats in a row, while Mason will arrive with three straight wins.

On Monday, Hamilton came up short against Mason and fell 6-2.

Jacob Eads was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

At the plate, Hamilton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas R Schuster, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Mason's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Hamilton, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
