Softball Recap: Manheim Central Comes Up Short

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, Manheim Central was a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They lost 11-2 to the Warwick Warriors. The Barons have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Abby Logan made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Manheim Central now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Warwick, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Manheim Central will head out to take on Manheim Township at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Warwick, they will welcome J.P. McCaskey at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
