Portage waltzed into their game on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They strolled past the Windber Ramblers with points to spare, taking the game 53-39. That's two games straight that the Mustangs have won by exactly 14 points.

It was another big night for Trae Kargo, who went 5-for-12 en route to 19 points and seven assists. Another player making a difference was Owen Gouse, who went 7-for-16 on his way to 18 points and seven rebounds.

Despite the loss, Windber still got an impressive performance from Grady Klosky, who went 10-for-24 to rack up 23 points and six boards. The match was Klosky's fourth in a row with at least 18 points. Logan Serenko was another key player, putting up five points and four steals.

Portage pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Windber, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.

Portage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Windber, they will host Shanksville Stonycreek at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Windber is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.7 points per game this season.
