Softball Recap: Hendersonville Comes Up Short

Hendersonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 10-2 to the Mount Juliet Golden Bears. The Commandos were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Golden Bears earlier this season, when they won 9-8.

Hendersonville's loss dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Mount Juliet, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hendersonville will head out to take on White House-Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Juliet, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against White House at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th.
