Football Recap: Richland Rams vs. Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils

It's playoff time, and Richland had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils with a sharp 35-13 win on Friday. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by 22 points or more this season.

Richland found their leader in sophomore Jacob Regan, who threw for 205 yards and three touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. Arnold Mugerwa was in the mix too, providing the Rams with two TDs.

Alex McCartney and Chase Plummer certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. McCartney rushed for 100 yards and one touchdown, while Plummer rushed for 76 yards. McCartney's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 100 rushing yards.
