Soccer Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

Edison and Collinsville squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Edison had to settle for second. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 5-2. Edison were not able to make up for their loss to Collinsville from their previous meeting back in April of 2019.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Collinsville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Edison nor Collinsville have any future games scheduled.
