Abingdon/Avon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tornadoes of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
