Midland Valley won the last time they faced South Aiken and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mustangs managed a 52-47 victory over the Thoroughbreds.

Several Thoroughbreds players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kyson McLeod, who almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was DJ McKelvin, who posted 12 points and six rebounds.

Midland Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. As for South Aiken, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Midland Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 57-47 defeat against North Augusta on the 12th. As for South Aiken, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 88-64 loss against Aiken on the 12th.
