Baseball Game Preview: Glidden-Ralston Wildcats vs. Boyer Valley Bulldogs

Glidden-Ralston and Boyer Valley are an even 5-5 against one another since June of 2017, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Glidden-Ralston lost 10-3 to Coon Rapids-Bayard on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Boyer Valley came up short against Woodbine on Friday, falling 11-1. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Boyer Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Glidden-Ralston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Glidden-Ralston beat Boyer Valley 12-8 when the teams last played on June 13th. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
