Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Trojans vs. Fort Worth THESA Riders

The Trinity Christian Trojans will square off against the Fort Worth THESA Riders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Trinity Christian is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 75 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Prestonwood Christian on Tuesday. They took a 43-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-50 heartbreaker at the hands of Lake Country Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Riders have suffered since December 6, 2024.

Trinity Christian will need focus on slowing down Jeremiah Krause, one of several Fort Worth THESA players who made an impact when they last played. He dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 boards. Krause has become a key player for Fort Worth THESA: the team is 14-6 when he posts at least eight rebounds, but 2-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Wilson Farmer, who posted 11 points.

Fort Worth THESA's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Trinity Christian, they dropped their record down to 15-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
