Volleyball Recap: Greeley West Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Greeley West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Ralston Valley Mustangs, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-12, 25-19.

Ralston Valley had a senior duo take command as Taylor Harteker had six digs and two aces and Bella Goodall had 12 digs and five assists. Harteker is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Greeley West's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Ralston Valley, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Greeley West didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Fort Collins on the 16th. As for Ralston Valley, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Kent Denver on the 18th.
