Baseball Recap: Kearns Cougars vs. West Jordan Jaguars
Kearns had lost 12 straight at home, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 0-20 to make it 13. They lost 10-2 to the West Jordan Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-4 defeat on Wednesday.
Kearns saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Good, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Bostyn Ward also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Looking ahead, Kearns will square off against Hunter at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars are facing the Wolverines at the right time seeing as the Wolverines are stuck on a 21-game losing streak. As for West Jordan, they will challenge Murray at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Jaguars will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
