Centennial faced Arbor View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Aggies. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Lincoln Larson paced Centennial's offense, picking up 11 kills. Larson got some help from RJ Regalado and his 12 assists. Larson was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Despite the loss, Arbor View still got an impressive performance from David Haldeman, who had 12 assists and seven digs.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Arbor View, they moved to 15-13 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Centennial wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Coronado on the 5th. As for Arbor View, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Desert Oasis on the 8th.
